1. Use of Materials on this Web Site
DESIGNMPIRE maintains this Web Site for your personal information and education. You should assume that everything you see or read on the Web Site (such as images, photographs, illustrations, icons, texts, video clips, written and other materials) is copyrighted and protected under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws, unless otherwise noted. You may not sell, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, prepare derivative works based on, report or otherwise use any DESIGNMPIRE Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose. Furthermore, you may not use or display DESIGNMPIRE Material on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use DESIGNMPIRE Material will automatically terminate and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of DESIGNMPIRE Material. Any unauthorised use of DESIGNMPIRE Material by you may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes. You may not establish a link to the DESIGNMPIRE Web Site from a third party site without our prior written permission.
2. Services
DESIGNMPIRE will use reasonable endeavours to adhere to any dates proposed by either DESIGNMPIRE or the User for the provision of Services, however any such date is to be treated as an estimate only and the Company accepts no liability for failure to meet such dates.
DESIGNMPIRE will use all reasonable endeavours to provide reliable Services, however it is not practicable to provide all such Services free of any faults and DESIGNMPIRE does not undertake to do so. In the event of a fault in Services, the User must report the fault by telephone, or through its online helpdesk. Upon receipt of the fault report, DESIGNMPIRE will take all proper steps without undue delay to correct the fault. DESIGNMPIRE shall not, in any event, be liable for interruptions of Services or downtime of a Server.
DESIGNMPIRE may
(a) temporarily suspend for the purpose of repair, maintenance or improvement, part or all of DESIGNMPIRE’s Services, generally without notice;
(b) give or update instructions regarding the use of the Service which in DESIGNMPIRE’s reasonable opinion is necessary in the interests of safety, or to maintain or improve the quality of Services to the User and any such instructions shall whilst they are in force, be deemed to form part of any Agreement;
(c) vary the technical specification of Service for operational reasons.
DESIGNMPIRE will use reasonable efforts to keep interruptions as brief as possible and preferably use night times (02:00 to 05:00 a.m.) for any required workings. The Company undertakes to use reasonable endeavours to restore Services as soon as practicable after any such suspension.
Where DESIGNMPIRE uses any third-party services, site search facilities, chatroom, email, web services or search engines’ submission services, DESIGNMPIRE cannot be held responsible for those third-party service commitments, quality or availability.
DESIGNMPIRE may correct any typographical or other errors or omissions in any brochure, promotional literature, quotation or other document relating to the provision of the Services without any liability to the User.
DESIGNMPIRE may at any time without notifying the User make any changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable safety or other statutory requirements, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Services.
3. Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our Web Site. DESIGNMPIRE analyses aggregate and non-personally identifiable data relating to usage of the Web Site. Information provided at the time of registration or submission will be used to provide the requested information and may be used for marketing research relating to DESIGNMPIRE. It will not be used for any unsolicited communication to users unless so authorised by them. DESIGNMPIRE will use its best endeavours to ensure that such data is kept secure at all times. Moreover, DESIGNMPIRE does not sell, rent or otherwise make available any personal data submitted by visitors to its Web Site to any third parties unless required to do so by law. Upon request, DESIGNMPIRE will remove user’s personal information from its database thereby cancelling their registration |
